Terms of Use

Last updated: 30 August 2026. These terms describe Aivimat One, a consumer AI assistant from AIVIMAT LTD. They are a working product draft, not a substitute for solicitor-reviewed terms.

The service

Aivimat One lets you ask questions and receive generated responses. Intelligence is selected automatically. Outputs can be wrong, incomplete or outdated. The service is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice. You remain responsible for how you use the results.

Accounts

You may try a limited guest experience, then must create an account to continue. You must provide a valid email, keep credentials safe, and not share your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, or attack the platform.

Acceptable use

Do not use Aivimat One to break the law, to generate malware or scams, to attempt unauthorised access, to upload others’ confidential data without permission, or to overload the service. We may rate-limit or refuse requests that look like abuse.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans, when offered, are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices and renewal terms shown in the store listing apply. Cancel in the store account used for the purchase. Deleting your Aivimat One account does not by itself cancel Apple or Google billing.

Intellectual property and generated content

AIVIMAT LTD owns the Aivimat One product, brand and software. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use outputs for your own lawful purposes. You must not claim the service is error-free. You grant us a limited licence to process your prompts, files and feedback solely to provide, secure and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages or cost-protection kill switches. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or any particular model.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that UK law does not allow to be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, AIVIMAT LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you take based on generated output. The service is provided as a consumer AI assistant with usage limits.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an in-app or website notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
