Using Aivimat One

• Chat on the web with the same account as the apps.
• Guest visitors can complete one real request, then create a free account to continue.
• Attachments follow your plan. Free accounts can attach one file per request; paid plans can attach up to five.

Account deletion

Signed-in users can delete their account from Account or Profile → Delete account in the app. App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled in the store if you have one.

If a request fails

Try again later. Aivimat One may pause a request to protect quality, cost or availability. That is not a prompt to retry with a different model name — routing stays automatic.
